Behavioral Health Access & Care Navigation
Purpose
To improve access to behavioral health services while reducing delays, disruptions in service continuity, and barriers to engagement.
Program Description
HLA provides care navigation and advocacy for individuals experiencing difficulty accessing behavioral health support. Participants receive guidance through intake and eligibility processes, coordinated communication with providers, and ongoing engagement support until services are securely in place.

Individuals encountering structural, logistical, or systemic barriers to behavioral health care, including long wait times, complex intake requirements, or limited system navigation support.
